An artisanal Panettone with a unique and exclusive taste by Martinucci laboratory. It is filled with milk chocolate drops and intense notes of Madagascar vanilla bourbon. It is glazed with “Try me” glaze, made of white chocolate and pistachio spread, with wafer flakes. Like the other panettoni, we recognize the high quality of the long naturally leavened with sourdough and the accurate selection of the raw materials. The artisan knowledge of the confectioner is expressed in the balanced dosage of the ingredients in the mixture and in the harmonious develop of the olfactory and tasting qualities of each ingredient.
