The long naturally leavened with sourdough and the accurate selection of the raw materials make pleasant to the taste of our artisanal Panettone that we made without candied fruit to enhance the butter aroma and the aromatic Madagascar vanilla bourbon. The pistachio glaze enriches the taste and the aroma, thanks to the addition of wood notes. It is glazed with the high-quality Sicilian Valle dei Platani Pistachio glaze.
It is recommended the combination with the Valle dei Platani pistachio spread, original recipe by Martinucci laboratory.
